Phone relay management system (SGRT)
Originally conceived under the name ANI Manager to ANI Controller this system could relay phone calls "suburb to suburb", this telephonic system offered limited functionality.
PCMS Conseil has designed two new products with the same basic functionality but that could also serve as numeric telecommunication equipment managers. We are presently using the equipment from DPL Group but it is possible to adapt our concept to other products.
Working in pair, the client version communicates with the server version through the TCP/IP protocol and transfers data with FTP. Both protocols are very common on the Internet. Communication can be established either through the Ethernet network or with a dial-up modem.

The client version of SGRT is mostly used to communicate with the server side version.
Designed for Microsoft Windows, this version can run on most desktop computers and can be used in a multitasking environment.
This user friendly version allows users to manage calls, line transfers, relays and redirections between many SGRT servers of a same network.

The server side application is used to link the software to the telecommunication equipment. It is designed for UNIX systems and must be installed on a standalone computer/server that is physically connected to the phone equipment.
The new features include: Usage of many SGRT servers that can communicate together. Also, a user can log on remotely to a server for maintenance purposes or even to restart it.
